INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kilo (2.2 pounds) PORK, CHICKEN (or you may use both chicken and pork together)
- 3 pieces chicken liver
- 1 1/2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
- 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 knorr chicken cube
- 1/2 cup vinegar (adjust according to taste) DO NOT STIR THE ADOBO AFTER ADDING VINEGAR, LET IT SIMMER FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE STIRRING OR YOUR ADOBO WILL TASTE SOUR)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (adjust according to taste)
- 2 pcs bay leaves
OPTIONAL INGREDIENT: hard boiled eggs
